Meet the Team

Mr. Will Hardaway has 15 years of experience as a teacher, school administrator, and consultant. He began his career in education as a classroom teacher with Teach for America in the Mississippi Delta, teaching English Language Arts and Art at the middle school level. He then served as a school administrator in school districts in New York City and Texas.

At Gibson, Mr. Hardaway directs the firm's work related to academics, student services, and human resources. He has conducted evaluations of areas ranging from how teachers spend their time to special education compliance. This work has enabled him to support school districts such as Austin Independent School District (TX), Clark County School District (NV), Fulton County Schools (GA), Hillsborough County School District (FL), and Leander Independent School District (TX).

Mr. Hardaway holds a Senior Certified Professional certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in English from Trinity University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University.
