Meet the Team

As Proposal Manager, Tami leads the full lifecycle planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality proposals and statements of qualifications in response to both competitive and non-competitive opportunities, ensuring submissions are strategic, compliant, and compelling. She oversees firmwide business development initiatives, including marketing coordination, lead generation, and pursuit development. In addition, she serves as the primary copy editor for all Gibson materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a high standard of quality across deliverables.

Tami brings nearly two decades of experience supporting organizational operations and leadership. Prior to her current role, she served as Gibson’s Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arkansas.
