Shannon is a Strategic Growth and Partnership Manager at Gibson, where she helps advance the firm’s internal audit and efficiency work through strategic partnerships and project support. Before joining Gibson, she worked as an educational consultant and in an administrative role with a local school district. Shannon has more than 10 years of experience in the K–12 sector and brings a strong understanding of district needs, operations, and outcomes.
