Grace Meléndez, CPA, MBA, is a Senior Consultant who has over ten years of expertise in financial management, audit, and business transformation. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and an International Master of Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid. Grace brings deep experience in strategic finance and operations from the corporate world into K-12 education at Gibson, specializing in identifying operational vulnerabilities and uncovering high-impact opportunities for fiscal optimization. She began her career in the Big Four at PwC before advancing into leadership and consulting roles at Accenture, CFGI, and in-house at public companies, where she directed complex performance assessments and enterprise transformation initiatives. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Grace is passionate about supporting board-level decision-making through data-driven process redesign and strengthened internal controls.
